Payment:
All fees are in Canadian dollars and will have the applicable taxes added.
Only credit cards are accepted. Payment can be made with Visa. Mastercard, Amex or Paypal.
Cancellations
- Until April 11: A full refund (minus a 10% administration fee) will be given if the cancellation request is received before 23:59 on April 18.
- As of April 12: There are NO refunds after that date for any of the events (registration/and or social activities) you signed up for.
- Refunds or credits will not be for failure to attend, late arrival, etc. Any medical issues necessitate a doctor’s notification.
- Substitutions must be submitted in writing (email) by the original registrant.
Travel Funding
If you are a student traveling 500 km or more to attend CMSC, you can apply for travel funding up to a maximum of $500 CAD. Apply before the deadline!
