Student Travel Funding

The Student Travel Funding form is OPEN until April 3, 2026.

Student travel funding is available for undergraduate and graduate students studying at a Canadian university traveling more than 500 km to the conference. Funding priority is based on participation as a presenter and the date of application. There is a ceiling budget; therefore, maximum funding is applied and is dependent on distance and participation.

Notifications regarding CMSC travel funding awards will be sent at the end of April.
